The “Simply Shakespeare” fundraiser for Shakespeare Center of Los Angeles; a staged reading with actors in street clothes supplemented with some props and more specialized costume pieces. For Two Gentlemen in 2013, I was the Associate Costume Designer, working under Designer Holly Poe Durbin. One of my contributions was this full body canolli suit for Martin Short. The “cream” was white pleather for the desired wet look on stage.
